Pottery Studio is looking for an Administrator / Assistant Administrator
Location: JLT, Dubai
Schedule: Full-time
Salary to be discussed based on the interview results
We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and friendly administrator to join our creative pottery studio in JLT.
Responsibilities:
• Greeting studio guests
• Managing bookings and schedules
• Responding to clients via WhatsApp and Instagram
• Informing clients when their pieces are ready
• Preparing drinks (tea, coffee, matcha)
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the studio
• Assisting with the organization of workshops and events
• Handling payments and basic reporting
• Communicating with teachers and guests
Requirements:
• English is required
• Responsibility and punctuality
• Strong communication skills and a love for working with people
• Attention to detail and neatness
• Experience in hospitality, café, beauty, art studio, or customer service is a plus
