We are a European-managed recruitment and household staffing firm in Dubai seeking an experienced Recruiter with strong organizational skills and interest in AI-driven recruitment systems.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience sourcing candidates through online platforms and databases
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and modern recruitment technology
• Organized, detail-oriented and proactive personality
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
Responsibilities:
• Candidate sourcing and screening
• Conducting interviews and shortlisting
• Managing recruitment pipelines
• Coordinating with management and clients
• Maintaining recruitment records and reports
• Supporting implementation of AI-assisted recruitment processes
