Livbnb Vacation Homes Rental is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, experience handling government-related processes, and an accounting background.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate facility connections and service providers
- Handle DTCM-related documentation, permits, and compliance
- Coordinate internet/network and utility connections for properties
- Assist with administrative support for vacation home operations
- Maintain records, invoices, contracts, and documentation
- Support the accounting team with payments, reconciliations, and expense tracking
- Coordinate with suppliers, building management, and external parties
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office and property administration
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration or vacation homes/property management
- Knowledge of DTCM procedures and vacation homes operations is preferred
- Accounting or finance background is required
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic accounting systems
- UAE experience is preferred
