Job Details
We are looking for a responsible and organized admin cum logistics coordinator to manage daily administrative operations and coordinate logistics activities efficiently. The candidate should be able to handle documentation, supplier coordination, shipment tracking, inventory support, and office administration while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administration Duties
Handle daily office administrative tasks and documentation.
Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and purchase orders.
Maintain proper filing of company records and documents.
Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
Manage emails, phone calls, and courier arrangements.
Maintain office supplies and coordinate office requirements.
Assist management with reports and operational support.
Logistics Duties
Coordinate local and international shipments.
Follow up with freight forwarders, courier companies, and suppliers.
Track deliveries and ensure timely dispatch of goods.
Prepare shipping documents and logistics paperwork.
Coordinate customs clearance and delivery schedules when required.
Monitor stock movement and assist with inventory management.
Ensure accurate delivery records and logistics updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in administration and logistics in the UAE.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with shipping and logistics procedures.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
UAE experience preferred.
