Bitmarkets Technologies DMCC is a dynamic and growing company based in Dubai. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Back Office Administrator to join our team and support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative and back-office support
Processing documents and internal records
Communication with partners and clients
Coordination with accounting and management
Organizing internal documentation and reports
Assisting with operational tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in back office administration and support (key requirement)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills in English
Ability to work independently and responsibly
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Advantage: knowledge of multiple foreign languages
Working Conditions:
Flexible working hours
Two shifts based on agreement
Weekend work paid extra
