Job Details Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Administrative Coordinator to support daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle property listings, documentation, and administrative tasks while ensuring smooth coordination across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage property listings across platforms including Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle Verify listings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with platform requirements Prepare and maintain all necessary real estate forms and documentation Draft and manage tenancy contracts using CRM systems Maintain organized filing systems and accurate record-keeping (digital and physical) Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, printing, and scanning Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely updates and documentation
Requirements: nationality ( filipino ) Minimum ( 1 year ) experience in real estate administration in the UAE is preferred Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and procedures Ability to handle multiple listings and tasks efficiently
