A European HR Consultancy Company in Dubai is urgently looking for a Senior Recruitment officer with AI-driven hiring expertise.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, including preparing requisitions, posting jobs (internal/external), screening, interviewing, and pipeline management—leveraging advanced platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, HireVue, and Spark Hire.
- Client Management: to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Process Improvement: Continuously enhance recruitment strategies to drive efficiency, utilizing data and metrics to improve the quality of candidates and speed of hire.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience: 3–6+ years of in-house or agency sourcing experience preferably in the domestic or private staffing sector.
- Tech Proficiency: Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, HireVue, Spark Hire, and other platforms.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- The role requires a hands-on, proactive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
