Looking for a HR Recruiter who has experience in construction industry who has knowledge in recruitment of both blue collar and white collar.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Managing the entire hiring process from job description creation to final selection.
Sourcing & Screening: Utilizing various recruitment sites to source, screen, and interview candidates for technical and site positions.
Hiring Manager Collaboration: Working with project managers to understand staffing needs, timelines, and technical requirements.
Onboarding & Compliance: Handling documentation, offer letters, and ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2–5 years of recruitment experience, with preference for construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of construction job roles (e.g., Foremen, Engineers, Skilled Labor).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; Hindi/Urdu is often an advantage in the UAE.
Organization: Strong capability to handle high-volume recruitment under tight project deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
