We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented female Admin & File Processing Officer to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, managing client files, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize client files and records
- Handle document preparation, submission, and tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain accurate data entry and reporting
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and deadlines
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of administrative or office experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
