HR Admin – Brand Village Outlet | Deira, Dubai
Brand Village Outlet is hiring a professional and organized HR Admin for our shop located on Al Maktoum Street, Deira, Dubai.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle daily HR and administrative work
• Maintain employee files and staff records
• Assist with recruitment, job posting, and interview scheduling
• Prepare HR letters, reports, and documents
• Track attendance, leave, and staff updates
• Support onboarding and employee documentation
• Manage filing, data entry, and office coordination
• Provide general administrative support to store operations
Requirements:
• Previous experience in HR or Administration
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Good command of English
• Hindi or Urdu is an advantage
• Candidates with at least 2 years of UAE experience in the same HR/Admin position will be given priority
Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 3,000
