Job Details
The HR Officer will manage all HR functions for the company’s office and site workforce in line with UAE Labour Law, with the following key duties:
Prepare monthly payroll, overtime calculations and WPS salary processing.
Monitor attendance and timesheets for office and site staff.
Manage leave requests, balances and entitlements.
Handle onboarding, contracts, visas, insurance and exit formalities.
Calculate final settlements and end-of-service gratuity.
Implement and update HR policies and ensure MOHRE compliance.
Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Maintain employee records and prepare HR and manpower reports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 3–5 years of HR experience (contracting sector preferred), strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and payroll, and good Excel skills.
