Automotive company is looking for a professional, friendly, and well-organized female Admin & Receptionist to join our team in the used luxury car trading business in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and visitors professionally and manage front-desk operations.
* Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
* Handle daily administrative tasks, filing, documentation, and data entry.
* Prepare quotations, invoices, and other business documents.
* Maintain customer records and update vehicle inventory details.
* Coordinate appointments, vehicle viewings, and meetings.
* Assist the purchase team with daily operations and follow-ups.
* Manage emails and communicate with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
* Ensure the office and reception area remain organized and presentable.
Requirements
* Previous experience in administration or reception is preferred.
* Good communication skills in English plus if any other languages
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-service mindset.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.
