Executive Assistant & Digital Operations Coordinator
Location: Dubai
Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for a reliable and organised person to support our company with daily business operations, communication and digital tasks.
Responsibilities
* Manage and respond to business emails and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners
* Maintain and update the company website
* Support website development and other digital projects
* Prepare business documents, offers and first drafts of contracts
* Organise appointments, records and day-to-day administrative tasks
* Coordinate with external web developers, designers and professional advisers when needed
* Handle confidential company information with discretion
Requirements
* Good written and spoken English
* Experience in administration, executive assistance, digital operations or a similar role
* Practical knowledge of WordPress and website tools; basic HTML, CSS or other programming skills are an advantage
* Confident using email, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Organised, dependable and able to work independently
* Valid driving licence required
* German is an advantage, but not required
* Experience in the automotive, trading or consultancy sector is an advantage
