We are seeking an experienced and organised Head of Department – Administration to lead the organisation's administrative functions and ensure smooth, efficient operational support across the business. Reporting to the General Manager, Operations Director, or CEO, the successful candidate will oversee the administrative team and set the standards, systems, and processes that keep the organisation running behind the scenes.
The core of the role is departmental leadership. The Head of Admin oversees all administrative functions — office management, front desk, facilities coordination, document control, and general support services — ensuring consistent standards across every area under their responsibility. Policies and procedures for administrative operations are developed, implemented, and reviewed periodically to keep them relevant as the organisation grows or changes, and the department's performance is monitored against clear service standards rather than left to informal judgement.
