We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Timekeeper to join our heavy equipment rental company in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain daily attendance, working hours, overtime, and leave details of operators, drivers, and other employees.
Prepare and verify daily and monthly timesheets, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
Coordinate with site supervisors and the Operations Department to confirm employee attendance and resolve timesheet discrepancies.
Provide verified attendance and overtime records to the HR and Accounts departments for payroll processing.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, attendance tracking, and timesheet preparation.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English
Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
