We are seeking a motivated and detail-conscious Junior Administrator to provide entry-level administrative support across the office. Reporting to the Office Manager or Administration Supervisor, the successful candidate will handle routine clerical tasks while developing the broader administrative skills needed to grow into a more senior support role.

The core of the role is document and data support. The Junior Administrator prepares, formats, and files documents, letters, and reports under guidance, enters and updates data across company systems, and maintains organised physical and digital filing so information is accurate and easy to retrieve. Photocopying, scanning, and distributing paperwork, along with handling incoming and outgoing mail, form part of the daily routine.
