Job Details

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations and provide support across recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and UAE labour compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
Monitor attendance, leave, overtime, and employee records.
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs, salary changes, deductions, and overtime with Finance.
Manage visa, Emirates ID, medical, insurance, and other employee-related requirements.
Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company HR policies.
Support employee performance appraisals, training, and development.
Prepare HR reports including headcount, attendance, turnover, and recruitment updates.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Support management in implementing HR policies and improving HR processes.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR experience in the UAE, preferably in a trading, food, manufacturing, or FMCG company.
Good knowledge of UAE labour laws and HR practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.
