About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the operations of our executive team and multiple business units under MNGHA Investment Group. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of information, documentation, and daily administrative tasks between the group’s leadership and its subsidiaries including A Real Estate Brokerage, a Development Company, cleaning company, fitness company, and others.
Key Responsibilities Executive Support
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting scheduling for group executives
Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes for internal and external meetings
Handle confidential documents with integrity and discretion
Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact between the head office and the business units
Draft and respond to emails, memos, and internal notices professionally
Manage incoming phone calls and direct queries appropriately
Office Administration
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
Monitor and manage office supplies, procurement, and vendor communications
Ensure the office environment is tidy, well-organized, and professional at all times
Operational Support
Assist in the preparation and formatting of reports, contracts, proposals, and internal documents
Liaise with HR, Finance, and Legal for document handling, onboarding, and compliance workflows
Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for leadership and key staff
Cross-Departmental Task Management
Track deliverables and deadlines related to real estate projects, and hospitality businesses
Assist in gathering data and compiling periodic progress updates for senior management
Qualifications & Skills Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
2–5 years of min experience in administrative or executive assistant roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Preferred
Familiarity with business sectors such as real estate, and investment
Experience using tools like Google Workspace, Trello, CRM systems, or ERP platforms
