• Be a central point of action between the Employees, Managers’ and the HR department for human resources related requests.
• Handle all hiring process, prepare Offer Letters and prepare New Employees etc.
• Issue salary certificates and NOC requests.
• Open Bank Accounts for all employees.
• Handle the process for Employee Contract Renewals.
• Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation, end of service and sick leave is tracked in the system
• Facilitating resolutions to any payroll errors and answering payroll questions.
• Handle the cycle of End of Service.
• Maintaining computer system by updating and entering data.
• Maintaining calendars of HR management team.
• Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets.
• Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
• Setting appointments and arranging meetings.
• Assist the Group HR & Admin Director and HR & Admin Supervisor with daily assignments.
• Handle all matters of disbursement with regards to company documentation provided the appropriate approvals are in place such as passports, emirates ID’s, mint cards etc.
• Conduct Communication meetings.
• Monitor Employee Files and maintain the Store File in order.

Administrative Tasks

• Accommodation cleanliness check
• Staff Accommodation maintenance requests to be solved
• Monitor the overcrowding of staff in accommodation
• Staff transfer from one accommodation to another
• Accommodate new joiners in staff accommodation and provide all necessary supplies for staff ( blankets, mattresses etc.)
Handle all tenancy contracts
