**Job Title: Repair & Maintenance Technician with MEP Experience**

Savvy Property Services is looking for an experienced **Repair & Maintenance Technician** to join our team in Dubai.

The main focus of this role is carrying out repair and maintenance work in villas and apartments. The successful candidate must have strong practical experience with MEP systems and be able to identify problems, recommend solutions, and complete repairs professionally.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Carry out general repair and property maintenance work
* Diagnose and repair basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
* Perform painting touch-ups, silicone work, door adjustments, and minor finishing repairs
* Identify defects, damaged items, and MEP-related problems
* Support property snagging and handover inspections when required
* Ensure all work is completed neatly, safely, and to a high standard
* Keep tools, materials, and work areas clean and organised
* Provide clear photo updates before and after completing work
* Travel independently between different job sites across Dubai

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property repairs, maintenance, or MEP work
* MEP qualification or strong proven practical MEP experience
* Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance work
* Experience working in villas, apartments, or luxury properties is preferred
* Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently
* Clean, organised, and detail-oriented working style
* Good English communication skills
* **Valid UAE driving license is mandatory**
* Must currently be based in the UAE
