Job Details
HVAC Maintenance
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of FAHU, FCU and DX Units.
• Inspect, clean, and service FAHU units and associated components.
• Check filters, coils, fans, motors, drain trays, drain lines, belts, and other related components.
• Identify and troubleshoot common HVAC and FAHU operational issues.
• Check airflow, temperature, noise, vibration, and overall unit performance.
• Attend to HVAC-related complaints and breakdowns within apartments.
• Maintain proper records of servicing and maintenance activities.
Chiller Monitoring
• Monitor chiller operating parameters on a regular basis.
• Record and report chiller readings such as supply/return temperatures, pressures, flow, and other available operating parameters.
• Identify abnormal readings or operating conditions and promptly report them to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with the third-party chiller maintenance team for servicing, repairs, or technical intervention when required.
• The technician will not be responsible for servicing or repairing the chiller units.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should:
• Have strong hands-on HVAC, FAHU & DX Units maintenance experience.
• Be capable of independently diagnosing and resolving routine FAHU issues.
• Have a basic understanding of chiller systems and be able to monitor operating parameters.
• Be multi-skilled and flexible to handle plumbing, electrical, and other technical maintenance tasks.
• Be willing to work inside residential apartments and attend maintenance complaints.
• Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a technical team.
• Have good communication and customer-service skills.
• Be physically fit and willing to perform hands-on maintenance work.
• Be safety-conscious, responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
• Be willing to take on additional technical duties as required by the company.
