H.E.M Property Maintenance is hiring a professional Senior AC Technician for full-time work in Dubai.
We are looking for a serious and experienced AC technician who can represent the company properly on-site, diagnose faults correctly, work cleanly inside clients’ homes, and handle maintenance jobs with professionalism from start to finish.
This is not a helper role. We are looking only for candidates with real UAE experience in AC maintenance, AC repair, troubleshooting, and residential service work. Candidates with previous work in a maintenance company or technical services company in Dubai or UAE will be given strong priority.
Job responsibilities:
Diagnose AC cooling problems, water leakage, airflow issues, drainage blockages, thermostat faults, electrical faults, and general performance issues
Perform AC servicing, preventive maintenance, deep cleaning, and repair work
Handle split AC units, ducted AC systems, and general residential HVAC maintenance
Check filters, drain lines, gas pressure, blower performance, capacitors, contactors, thermostats, and electrical components
Identify whether the issue needs servicing, repair, spare parts replacement, or inspection-first quotation
Report clearly to office with photos, material requirements, and work updates
Maintain professional behavior and clean workmanship in apartments, villas, and occupied properties
Coordinate properly with dispatcher, office, and clients when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience as an AC technician
Strong knowledge of AC diagnosis, maintenance, repair, and preventive service
Good hands-on experience with residential apartments and villas
Able to diagnose faults properly before changing parts blindly
Good understanding of drainage, cooling issues, gas-related checks, electrical AC faults, and servicing procedures
Previous experience in a maintenance company or technical services company is a strong advantage
Good attitude, discipline, personal hygiene, and respect for clients’ homes
Able to communicate clearly with office staff and clients
Driving license is an advantage but not mandatory
