Job Details
We are hiring a General Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and maintenance in residential properties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and repair work in apartments and properties.
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing and carpentry.
- Inspect units and identify maintenance issues.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company property in good condition.
- Coordinate with management for major repair needs.
- Follow health and safety standards at all times.
- Air Conditioning Maintenance.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a maintenance technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and handyman work.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
- Good physical condition and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Team player with a professional attitude.
- UAE experience is an advantage.
