Water Tank Repair & Cleaning Technician (Villa Experience Required)

Job Description:

RBZ Technical Services LLC is looking for an experienced Water Tank Repair & Cleaning Technician to join our team in Dubai.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in water tank repair and cleaning.
Hands-on experience with both:
Rooftop water tanks
Underground water tanks in villas and residential buildings.
Experience in:
Water tank cleaning and disinfection.
Repairing water leakage and cracks.
Waterproofing and sealing water tanks.
Replacement of float valves, inlet/outlet valves and fittings.
Water tank inspection and preventive maintenance.
Pressure testing and leak detection.
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality hygiene and safety standards is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and diagnose tank-related issues.
Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
Responsibilities:

Inspect rooftop and underground water tanks.
Carry out professional cleaning and disinfection.
Repair leaks, cracks and damaged concrete or GRP tanks.
Replace faulty valves, fittings and accessories.
Ensure tanks are safe, hygienic and fully operational.
Prepare basic service reports and communicate findings to the office.
