Senior HVAC Technician / HVAC Team Supervisor – Dubai

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior HVAC Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have 5–10 years of hands-on HVAC experience, preferably gained while working with reputable HVAC, MEP, facilities management, or technical services companies in the UAE.

The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems commonly used in Dubai and be capable of independently inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and installing HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

* Minimum 5–10 years of professional HVAC experience, preferably in the UAE.
* Valid UAE manual driving license is mandatory.
* Strong experience with FCU (Fan Coil Unit) installation, replacement, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Good understanding of different HVAC and air-conditioning systems commonly used in Dubai, including FCU/chilled-water systems, split AC, ducted split units, package units, and VRF/VRV systems.
* Ability to diagnose AC problems accurately and identify faults related to cooling performance, airflow, electrical components, thermostats, motors, blowers, valves, actuators, chilled-water systems, drainage, and other HVAC components.
* Experience with preventive and corrective HVAC maintenance.
* Ability to perform comprehensive AC inspections and recommend the correct technical solution.
* Good understanding of AC duct systems, airflow, supply and return air, duct cleaning, AC deep cleaning, coil cleaning, blower cleaning, drain line cleaning, and HVAC sanitization procedures.
* Ability to supervise and coordinate technicians and cleaning teams on-site.
* Responsible for ensuring that all work is completed professionally, safely, and according to company quality standards.
* Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to management and explain the required repairs, materials, and solutions.
* Capable of preparing material requirements and coordinating the tools and equipment needed for each job.
* Able to inspect completed work and ensure proper testing and commissioning before leaving the site.
* Must be responsible, organized, punctual, and capable of working independently without constant supervision.
* Good communication skills in English are required.

We are looking for someone who is more than an AC cleaning technician. The successful candidate must be a genuine HVAC professional with strong technical and diagnostic skills who can handle complex HVAC jobs, lead a team, and take responsibility for HVAC operations from initial inspection and diagnosis through repair, installation, testing, and final handover.
