✅ SKILLS REQUIRED (must have most of the following):
Plumbing — installation and repair
Electrical — maintenance and troubleshooting
AC/HVAC — servicing, cleaning, gas checking, fault diagnosis
Painting — touch-ups, wall repair, finishing
General handyman and fixtures installation
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Basic carpentry and gypsum work
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Handle daily maintenance and repair tasks across residential and commercial properties
Diagnose and fix plumbing, electrical, and AC issues
Handle emergency maintenance requests professionally
Maintain tools, cleanliness, and report material needs
Represent the company professionally on every visit
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in maintenance or FM
Valid UAE driving licence
Honest, hardworking, and able to work independently
Good English communication
Professional appearance and attitude - we serve premium clients
Immediate joiners preferred
Location: Dubai
Full-time position | Salary discussed based on experience
