Job Details
• Perform routine maintenance for the building and tenant rooms
• Diagnose and repair split AC units and centralized AC issues
• Handle electrical troubleshooting, DB checks, switches, sockets, lights, and wiring
• Perform plumbing repairs including leakage fixing, pipe replacement, and bathroom maintenance
• Carry out gypsum, painting, silicone, door lock, and carpentry repairs
• Install and repair carpets, vinyl flooring, curtains, and minor furnishing work
• Respond quickly to tenant maintenance complaints
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections
• Coordinate with management regarding spare parts and major repair requirements
• Maintain tools and ensure safe working practices
• Keep maintenance logs and update completed tasks
