We are hiring skilled Supervisor and technicians to join our growing home & building maintenance team.
Open Positions:
Supervisor – Oversee day-to-day operations of the maintenance team. Manage technicians and allocate jobs effectively
AC Technician – Installation, servicing & repair of split/ducted units
Plumber – Leak fixing, pipe fitting, bathroom/kitchen maintenance
Electrician – Residential/commercial wiring, troubleshooting, minor installations
Tile fixing technician – Residential/commercial tile installer, masonry works
Painter – Experience with surface prep and applying paint on plaster, gypsum, wood, metal
Responsibilities:
Perform assigned maintenance tasks with high quality
Diagnose and fix issues independently or under manager’s supervision
Follow safety standards and company procedures
Report job status to Maintenance Operations Manager
Requirements:
2–3 years of proven UAE experience in the relevant trade (AC / Plumbing / Electrical / Masonry)
Technical knowledge and ability to handle tools safely
Hardworking, reliable, and good teamwork skills
Basic English communication preferred
Valid driving license preferred
