### ๐ง **Position: Maintenance Multi-Technician (MEP)**
### ๐ **Location:** Dubai, UAE

### ๐ ๏ธ **Key Responsibilities:**
* Carry out **preventive and corrective maintenance** for MEP systems
* Troubleshoot and repair **VRV/VRF air conditioning systems**
* Perform **electrical maintenance** including wiring, DB dressing, fault finding, and repairs
* Handle **plumbing works** such as leak repairs, pipe fittings, and drainage issues
* Conduct routine inspections and ensure all systems operate efficiently
* Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests
* Maintain proper records of maintenance activities
* Ensure all work complies with **safety standards and regulations**

### โ **Requirements:**
* Minimum **2โ5 years of experience** in MEP maintenance (UAE experience preferred)
* Strong knowledge in **HVAC (VRV/VRF systems), electrical, and plumbing works**
* Ability to diagnose faults and carry out repairs independently
* Familiarity with tools, equipment, and maintenance procedures
* Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
* Physically fit and able to work in various site conditions
