Multi Technician required, must have 3-4 years UAE experience. INDIANS PREFERRED
We are Looking for experienced Multi Technician who can join immediately.

The role includes performing the following functions
Requirements:
• Must have 3-4 Years UAE or Gulf experience
• Valid UAE driving license will be added advantage.
• Flexible in job timings, excellent communication, interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure independently with minimal supervision
• Perform preventative maintenance, repairs and installation across various building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other general maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical Defects and malfunction
• Inspect and maintain equipment such as air conditioning units, heating systems, lighting and fire alarms
• Troubleshooting, repairing, installing of equipment
• Installing, inspecting, maintaining and repairing Electrical system for villas and residential apartments
• Diagnose electrical malfunction, power tripping and power outage
• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with health and safety regulations.
• Identify and report any hazardous situations and follow company safety protocols
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for necessary tools, parts and equipment
Responsibilities:
• Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
• Creating maintenance procedures and reporting to direct managers
