Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a CCTV Technician. The CCTV Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. Daily tasks include assessing customer requirements, configuring cameras and accompanying devices, diagnosing system issues, and providing timely solutions. Additionally, this role involves ensuring safety standards, adhering to best practices, and delivering exceptional customer service during site visits and installations.

Qualifications

Proficiency in CCTV Installation and system setup
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
Familiarity with safety protocols, including handling hazardous materials and adhering to onsite safety standards
Technical knowledge of networking and electronic systems is a bonus
Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively under minimal supervision
Relevant certifications or technical training in electronic security systems preferred
Previous experience in CCTV installation and maintenance in an onsite environment is an advantage
