Job Title: AC Technician / HVAC Technician
Location: Dubai, UAE
Department: Maintenance / Technical
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and reliable AC Technician to handle installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of residential and commercial air-conditioning systems.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Install, inspect, service, and repair AC/HVAC systems.
2.Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related faults.
3.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
4.Clean AC units, filters, coils, drain lines, and condenser units.
5.Check refrigerant levels and identify leakage.
6.Replace faulty components such as capacitors, contactors, motors, thermostats, and compressors.
7.Attend emergency maintenance calls and resolve faults efficiently.
8.Complete service reports and record materials/spare parts used.
9.Follow company safety procedures and customer-site requirements.
10.Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in good condition.
11.Communicate professionally with customers and supervisors.
Requirements:
1.Minimum 2–3 years of AC/HVAC maintenance experience.
2.Good knowledge of split, package, ducted, and central AC systems.
3.Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.
4.UAE/GCC experience preferred.
5.ITI/Diploma in HVAC or related field preferred.
Good communication and customer-service skills.
5.UAE driving licence is an advantage.
