About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen in the Human Resources - Shared Service for temporary Administrator role (6 months). The purposes of this position is to support the Recruitment & Onboarding sections to complete day to day Admin tasks as termed below:

1. Coordinate and booking event rooms for Open day.

2. Send invitation for all shortlisted candidates to attend Open day, Direct, Phone & Skype Interview.

3. Send letter of intent documents out to successful candidates.

4. And handover candidate's acceptance documents to on boarding specialist.

5. Keep a record of all vacancies on recruitment team tracker to ensure accurate reporting at all times.

6. Manage the candidate's on boarding process includes:

Request for recruitment clearance

Coordinate with candidates to follow up on Documents, Visa cancellation and on an arrival or start date.

Create candidate file and printing documents for filling.

Coordinate with the bank to open an new joiner account and update tracker.

Arrange flight ticket and update accommodation team with the list of expected arrivals of candidates.

Arrange the welcome packs for new joiners.
7. Tracking and update all the candidates on the pipe lines as per SBUs

8. Communicate in a professional, positive, transparent and courteous manner at all times with all levels of internal and external customers.

9. Handle confidential matters/ information with the appropriate level of sensitivity.

Qualifications :

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

Must have a University degree or Diploma and 1 year experience in Human resources, preferably with an international hospitality company
Must able to communicate effectively in English, Additional languages are desirable (especially Arabic or Russian).
Computer literate ( Excel, Word & PowerPoint ), takes responsibility for his /her actions, easily establishes and maintains effective relationships
