Executive Assistant to the Managing Director
An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director, helping him manage schedules, communications, and business activities efficiently.

Location: Al Qouz 3, Dubai, UAE
Salary package: AED 4000 - AED 6000/- depending on experience
Nationality: Filipino/Indian
Key Responsibilities
• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
• Screen phone calls, emails, and other communications.
• Organize and maintain confidential files and records.
• Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and conferences.
• Assist with project management and administrative tasks.
• Handle expense reports, invoices, and basic budget tracking.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Diploma or certification in Office Administration is an advantage.
Experience
• 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
• Experience supporting senior management or executives is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
