Job Details
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming materials for brass or aluminum metals.
• Perform polishing and finishing work to achieve the desired surface quality and appearance
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications
• Maintain and operate buffing and polishing equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding project progress and any issues encountered
• Comply with all local regulations and safety standards applicable in Dubai, UAE
Qualifications
• Two (2) years of proven experience as a Polisher/Buffing or in a similar finishing trade role
• Proficiency in surface preparation techniques including sanding and cleaning
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks and work at heights when necessary
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to meet project deadlines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
