Job Details
· We need at least three (3) years experience as an Electroplater
· Prepare electroplating machinery for use. Operate complex plating equipment.
· Maintain and repair electroplating equipment.
· Select metals and solutions for each plating. Keeps records of electroplating projects.
· Maintain electroplating chemical and solution inventories.
· Knowledgeable in silver and nickel plating, dye lacquer gold, copper antique, brass antique and silver antique.
· Sets machine, plant, or equipment controls to regulate electric current and temperature.
· Immerses articles in plating solution and centrifuges, if necessary, to remove excess molten metal before cooling.
· Solve technical and quality issues of electroplating process.
· Assess plating size, amount and distance.
