Arcta Group is a fast-growing Dubai maintenance company specialising in AC servicing, coil and duct cleaning, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) and general home and office maintenance.
We're looking for an organised, hands-on Operations Manager to run our day-to-day operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Plan and schedule technician teams across Dubai, including emergency call-outs
- Manage AMC clients: visit schedules, renewals, reports and communication
- Prepare quotations, follow up on open quotes, invoice clients and chase payments
- Be the main point of contact for customers (WhatsApp, phone, email)
- Make sure technicians have the right tools and materials, and track material costs per job
- Set up and run our job management / CRM system and technician app (job photos, reviews, reporting)
- Send weekly reports on jobs, revenue, open quotes and outstanding payments
- Work closely with the founder to improve processes and grow the business
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years in operations at a UAE AC, MEP, facilities or maintenance company
- Experience managing AMCs and coordinating technicians
- Practical understanding of AC systems (filters, coils, drain lines, thermostats, actuators)
- Experience using job management / CRM software (bonus if you've set one up)
- Highly organised, quick to respond and confident with customers
- Strong English
- Bonus: social media or digital marketing experience

- AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month + monthly performance bonus
