💼 **Full-Time Position**

We are looking for a **fun, energetic and hands-on Kids Entertainer / Party Host** to join our team.

This is a mixed role combining **kids entertainment with basic balloon decoration and assistance during event setups.**

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
• Host and lead children’s birthday parties and events
• Organize games and age-appropriate activities
• Dancing, music and interactive entertainment
• Engage with children and encourage participation
• Keep parties energetic, organized and fun
• Assist the event team with event setups when required
• Prepare balloons and create basic balloon garlands
• Assist with balloon installations on backdrops, bouncy castles and other setups
• Assist with setup and dismantling when required
• Follow event schedules and instructions

**REQUIREMENTS**
• Experience working with or entertaining children
• **Basic balloon decoration & installation skills – REQUIRED**
• Able to prepare and install basic balloon garlands
• Fun, friendly and HIGH-ENERGY personality
• Confident speaking and performing in front of groups
• Good English communication skills
• Creative, patient and responsible
• Reliable and punctual
• Well-presented and professional
• Flexible and comfortable working according to event schedules

Additional skills such as **face painting, balloon twisting, magic, dancing, arts & crafts or character entertainment** are a big advantage.

**EMPLOYMENT DETAILS**
📍 Dubai – Full-Time Employment
⏰ Up to **48 working hours per week**
📅 **Monday off**
🎉 Working schedule is flexible and may vary depending on event bookings
📆 Weekend and public holiday availability is required due to the nature of the events industry
🏖️ Annual vacation to be scheduled during **July or August**, subject to company planning and approval
✈️ **One home-country air ticket provided every two years**
💰 **Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and skills**
