Job Details

We are looking for an experienced Event Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in the Dubai/UAE exhibition and events industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing exhibition booth projects from initial client enquiry through design, production, installation, execution and dismantling, while also developing client relationships, generating new business and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage exhibition and event projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Handle complete exhibition booth projects, including planning, design coordination, production, logistics, installation and dismantling.
Coordinate closely with clients to understand requirements, budgets, timelines and expectations.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with designers, production teams, suppliers, contractors and onsite teams.
Prepare project schedules, quotations, budgets and ensure projects remain within approved costs.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
Generate new business opportunities and actively participate in sales and business development.
Identify potential clients and convert enquiries into confirmed projects.
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales and revenue targets.
Negotiate with clients and suppliers to ensure profitable project execution.
Attend client meetings, site visits, exhibitions and events as required.
Monitor project progress and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
Ensure all projects are delivered according to agreed quality, budget and deadlines.
Maintain proper project documentation, quotations, purchase orders and client records.
Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution and final project closure.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.

Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of experience in exhibition, events, experiential marketing, or booth fabrication, preferably with strong experience in Dubai/UAE.
Proven experience managing exhibition booth projects from concept to completion.
Strong existing network of clients, suppliers, contractors and industry contacts in the UAE is highly preferred.
Strong sales and business development experience with a proven record of achieving targets.
Excellent client coordination, negotiation and communication skills.
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Strong knowledge of the Dubai exhibition and events market.
UAE driving licence is preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.

salary: 8000 to 10000 AED + comission
