We are seeking a creative and highly organised Event Planner to design and execute events from concept through to flawless delivery. Reporting to the Events Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will manage every detail of an event so that clients and guests experience a seamless occasion, regardless of how much coordination happened behind the scenes to make that possible.
The core of the role is event design and planning. The Event Planner meets with clients to understand the purpose, budget, and vision for each event — weddings, conferences, product launches, corporate functions, or private celebrations — and translates that vision into a concrete plan covering venue, layout, theme, catering, entertainment, and logistics. Proposals and event orders are prepared with clear costings, and creative concepts are pitched with practical execution already considered, not just aesthetic appeal.
