Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in construction sales/business development
• Strong knowledge of construction, civil works, interior fit-out, and technical services
• Proven experience in client handling, business development, and generating new leads
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close projects
• UAE market experience is preferred
• UAE Driving License is preferred
