Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations, project specifications, and company safety policies.
- Conduct daily site safety inspections for building and villa construction activities.
- Identify hazards and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training for workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor excavation, scaffolding, formwork, lifting operations, work at height, electrical work, and other high-risk activities.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all site personnel.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
- Maintain HSE documentation, inspection records, permits, and statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, fire safety measures, and evacuation drills.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities on all HSE-related matters.
- Monitor subcontractor safety performance and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuously improve workplace safety standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in building and villa construction.
- Sound knowledge of UAE construction safety regulations and best practices.
- Strong communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
- Valid UAE Driving.
