Job Details

• Supervise and coordinate all waterproofing activities on multiple sites.
• Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and schedules.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and client to resolve site issues.
• Train and monitor site personnel to ensure high-quality workmanship.

*Requirement*
• Filipino nationality only
• 7-8 years of proven experience in waterproofing works within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing systems, including membrane, cementitious, polyurethane (PU), epoxy, injection grouting, and protective coatings.
• Experience supervising waterproofing teams on multiple construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and method statements.
• Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and HSE requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license is an advantage
