SAFETY OFFICER

We are currently hiring a Safety Officer to join our construction team and ensure a safe and compliant work environment across project sites. This is an excellent opportunity for responsible and safety-focused individuals who are committed to maintaining workplace health and safety standards. Job Overview

The Safety Officer will be responsible for monitoring construction site activities, enforcing health and safety regulations, conducting inspections, and promoting a strong safety culture to prevent workplace incidents.

Job Responsibilities
Monitor daily construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards
Implement and enforce company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies
Prepare safety reports, inspection records, and incident documentation
Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks for site personnel
Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions
Ensure workers use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
Coordinate with site management to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
Freshers can apply
Basic knowledge of construction safety practices and HSE regulations
Strong communication and observation skills
Ability to prepare reports and maintain safety documentation
IOSH, NEBOSH, or other HSE certifications are an advantage
Ability to work effectively on construction sites
