Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Engineer / Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience within the home automation industry, preferably with a KNX background.

This role involves managing smart home projects from execution to completion, coordinating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee home automation projects from start to finish
Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers
Supervise installation teams and subcontractors on-site
Review technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications
Ensure proper implementation of KNX, lighting control, AV, networking, and smart systems
Attend project meetings and provide technical/project updates
Troubleshoot technical issues and support commissioning activities
Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are met
Prepare project documentation, reports, and handover materials

Requirements:
Previous experience in the home automation / smart home industry is mandatory
Strong knowledge of KNX systems preferred
Experience with systems such as Control4, Lutron, AV, networking, CCTV
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Strong communication and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
UAE driving license is preferred
Based in UAE or willing to relocate
