We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MEP Engineer to join a dynamic and well established engineering consultancy based in Dubai.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems design, coordination, and execution across a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, review, and coordinate MEP systems in line with project requirements and local authority regulations
- Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with design and safety standards
- Liaise with relevant authorities for approvals (DEWA, Civil Defense, etc.)
- Monitor project progress and resolve technical issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in MEP consultancy
- Strong knowledge of local regulations and authority requirements in Dubai
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant MEP software (Revit is a plus)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred:
Experience working on high-end residential or large-scale commercial projects Membership in a recognized engineering body is an advantage
