Job Description
We are looking for a capable and proactive Project Coordinator to support the development and implementation of an industrial project in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
The ideal candidate should have an engineering background, preferably in Environmental, Industrial or Chemical Engineering, with practical experience in industrial projects, oil & gas, refineries, manufacturing plants or construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and monitor project development activities and progress.
2. Follow up on project approvals, permits and regulatory requirements.
3. Coordinate with local authorities, government departments and relevant stakeholders.
4. Assist with land-related matters, utility connections and infrastructure requirements.
5. Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors and technical teams.
6. Prepare project progress reports, documentation and presentations.
7. Follow up on project timelines, deliverables and pending actions.
8. Support the project team in resolving coordination and development-related issues.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably:
Environmental Engineering
Industrial Engineering
Chemical Engineering
2. 4–5 years of relevant experience in industrial, oil & gas, refinery, plant or construction projects.
3. Good understanding of project development procedures, permits, approvals and authority coordination in the UAE.
4. Knowledge of land, utilities, infrastructure and industrial project requirements.
5. Good coordination, follow-up, documentation and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple teams.
7. UAE experience and knowledge of local authority procedures will be an advantage.
8. Preferred Candidate Profile
Male candidate.
9. Candidates with experience in industrial project development will be given preference.
10. Authority-approved or licensed engineering qualifications will be an added advantage, where applicable.
