Job Details
We are seeking an active, site-focused Project Site Engineer to oversee on-site operations, installation, testing, and commissioning for commercial, residential, and industrial developments. You will act as the key technical link between design requirements, sub-contractors, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day site installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure alignment with approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with main contractors, MEP consultants, subcontractors, and site management to keep project timelines on track.
• Monitor workforce productivity, daily work progress, material delivery schedules, and compliance with UAE safety & building codes.
• Resolve technical site challenges, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and handle site inspections with client engineers and authorities.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Experience: 5 to 6 years overall experience in project/site engineering, with at least 2 years in a similar hands-on site management role.
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
• License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Key Traits: Active, highly energetic personality with strong communication and site supervision skills.
