Job Details

We are seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and executing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for building construction projects while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all MEP installation works on construction sites.
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications before execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Ensure all MEP works are completed in accordance with approved drawings, local authority regulations, and project standards.
Monitor site progress and ensure timely completion of MEP activities.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control throughout the project.
Coordinate MEP works with civil and architectural teams to prevent conflicts.
Prepare material requests, inspection requests (IRs), method statements, and progress reports.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Assist in testing, commissioning, and project handover.
Resolve technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions during project execution.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5+ years of experience as an MEP Engineer in building construction projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project coordination.
Good understanding of UAE building codes and authority requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple project activities.

Preferred:
UAE driving license.
Experience working on residential, commercial, and villa construction projects.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
