Job Details

The maintenance Supervisor is responsible for daily maintenance operations and leading proactive planning and implementation of maintenance work.
This includes identifying upcoming maintenance needs, developing maintenance plans, and providing effective solutions to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
 Key Responsibilities:
 Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to minimize disruptions.
 Analyse equipment and facility needs to anticipate and resolve future maintenance requirements.
 Implement maintenance strategies that improve efficiency and reduce breakdowns.
 Diagnose mechanical, electrical and facility issues and develop cost-effective solutions.
 Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff.
 Monitor and maintain inventory of tools, parts and supplies.
 Maintain accurate records of maintenance works.
 Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
 Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repair or project work.
 Communicate regularly with other departments to align maintenance efforts with operational goal.
